Looking into buying a house in this area, it's in very close distance to St. Anns Park, Killester and Raheny. Is the traffic very busy at school run times?

My query is as to whether there is anti social behaviour close by?
What Primary girls schools would anyone recommend in the area
 
Quiet enough area. Harmonstown, which is a few hundred yards away, used to be a bit on the rough side, but is a lot quieter as the population has aged and many ex-corpo houses now in private ownership.

St. Brigids Killester is probably the best primary girls school in the area. There's also a couple of good primaries in Raheny.

Never usually in that area during school runs, but I think you get some delays coming from Brookwood and St Brigids Ave towards Artane roundabout.
