Seeing that the government look to extend their hols from 13th to 19th Jan... How convenient that they are not taking this as unpaid leave.... would have been considerable budget saving
 
they worked hard for the budget, and you should know by now they do as they want and nothing ever gets done about it, they are doing a PG to the electorate. Its Ireland for you.

In fairness - it's only a few days!

They did a great job in ensuring that they wouldn't have to log in and out to the Dail in return for 12 days' leave.

If only they would have much longer holidays. They might cause less damage.
 
how true... longer hols do cause less damage... only issue with longer holidays is that Gift Grub would then start to run out of material
