Just heard these guys advertising on the radio. I had not heard of them before:

https://www.decisionsupportservice.ie/about-us
There is not one simple page on their website telling in simple terms what they do.

Seems to be for registering
Enduring Powers of Attorney
Advance healthcare Directives

Does this help at all?

https://www.decisionsupportservice.ie/faq/faq-general There was a TV, radio and press ad campaign about them a while back too which seemed to feature mostly people with special needs/disabilities as far as I recall.

Their processes are unbelievable

We submitted all the paperwork in June, got an email in November saying there was an error but no explanation as to what.. eventually we got them on the phone and got a human to explain what we did wrong..

So maybe we’ll have it sorted within a year of starting.

We're trying to engage a solicitor for the Decision Making representative (DMR) we're on no. 8.... seems like nobody wants to deal with the new setup
