Gothenburg - Easter

We were booked to go to Gothenburg Easter Thursday and back on Sunday night for a wedding there on the Saturday!! Ryanair have cancelled this schedule now - was informed yesterday evening.

Has anyone any other suggestions getting to Gothenburg that wouldnt cost the earth!!

Ryanair appear to be doing this wholesale at the moment to lots of destinations. How can anyone trust this airline anymore?
 
You could try flying to Copenhagen and getting the train direct to Gothenburg. The train works return out at approximately €75 return for two people. Obviously it'll take more time than a direct flight but it depends on how much you want to be at the wedding?
 
Aer Lingus dont fly to Copenhagen anymore either!! So rightly stuck!

The only option i can find is flying to Oslo (Ryanair !!) and getting train which takes almost four hours. Dont think we will end up going after all.

Remember you've also got the option of flying KLM via Amsterdam to Goteborg, though your DUB-AMS sector would still be on Aer Lingus/
