Got my PSP. Now what?

Hi,

Just got my PSP from the states as per my previous post.
Now, i have been reading different threads on upgrading/downgrading versions, homebrew etc.

Can anyone tell me what this is all about in laymans terms in order for me to get the best from it?

Downgrade to version 1.5 and you can do anything you want. Get the latest version of devhook and the world is your oyster (emulators for all the main consoles through the years and a lot of other stuff). Look at psphacks.com and ps2nfo.com for more information.

A gps attachment should be coming out in Sept which will be a great addition to the PSP.
