Got engaged and will be moving in with partner: No longer need OPF payment

Hi,
I have just got engaged and will be moving in with partner ( this week I hope ) so no longer entitled to OPF. What do I do? Its paid into the bank so I don't have a book to give back.
Should I ring them or write to them?

I only filled in an update form last week! There was question on it saying do you plan on getting married in the near future and I laughed when I read it thinking yeah right! << being sarcastic like, as I didn't see it happening at all. Marked it as a NO obviously on the form. They will think I am mental if I tell them Im now an engaged woman

If your claim was processed by your local Social Welfare Office, you can call into them and let them know of your change in circumstances. Otherwise, send a letter to the section where the update letter came from.

Just send in a letter (and keep a copy). SWO will very quickly sort out the stopping of payments to your bank account!
