I'm not sure that this is a great idea, and it might even be a negative thing for you. You need to find out more about how Google recruit for these jobs. They might use a specific agency or an outsourcing company. You need find somebody in your network (like a friend of a friend) who works there and have a chat.

There are numerous websites and texts dedicated to the mysteries of Google Recruitment.

It's well worth spending the time to read up on as much as you can, especially as to how to approach them in the first place.

However, as far as I'm aware they do not use or even entertain agencies. They have no problems with spec letters and cvs being sent in though, but do some research just to see the kind of things they look for as they are notoriously picky.

Unfortunately most of the information available is with regards to the tech and engineering jobs. But, they apply the same rigourous and extremely high expectations on all staff, so the information is still relevant.

From the bottom of every job listed on the link that I posted earlier:
To all recruitment agencies: Google does not accept agency CVs. Please do not forward CVs to our jobs alias, Google employees or any other company location. Google is not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited CVs.

I would take every approach you can to meet someone who actually works with google who can put you in touch with HR...check out linkedin, etc...
