Yeah Bigbird's advice on the expat workshops is a good idea, the recruiters usually promise to hire a certain number of people, so if you're in attendance with a degree and a Visa then you're in with a good shout.
Check out BUNAC for Visas, though I think for most you have to be 18-30 unfortunately (you do for Canada, I bought one myself two years back).
Jobs-wise I'll throw in my recommendation, expat hiring . com. You can search this site by any languages you speak as well as your preferred destination and it's specifically for expat/international workers.
