I am due to move to London at the start of September with a few friends to take up permanent jobs in London with financial firms. We are not too sure of our tax situation in the UK. How much tax we have to pay? If there is any loop wholes we can exploit, etc in order to limit our tax payments? We had a similar situation when we worked in Boston, USA for a year.
As a result we are hoping to contact a UK (preferable London based) tax specialist / accountant who might be able to look into our situation and issue some advice and later file our tax returns. I'm sure several of these guys exist - which I could just google for. But I was hoping someone might have some advice for me, or be able to recommend a company they used in the past.
