good pub

hi...have relations coming to Ireland for two weeks. I am looking for a good pub in Meath to bring them. I want a traditional Irish pub with atmosphere. Any recommandations.....I am willing to travel! thanks jason

Mrs. O's in Skryne - mind you the outside toilets might be a shock to your relations.

2nd oldest pub in Ireland. Very basic but very authentic. Music most nights at the weekend. No affiliation to them but have been there a couple of times and liked it.

Nice town too - your guests might like to see the castle. Anytime we have international visitors we make the trek to Trim and they're usually impressed.
