Good Hosting and Dreamweaver

Hi Guys,

Im putting together a small website - can anyone recommend a cheap web hosting company - without ads?

Also,

I have been using Dreamweaver (Im new to this!) to create my site - I have all the pages sorted and ready to go. But, Can anyone tell me how I link all my pages together e.g. to make sure the homepage button clicks onto the actual homepage page etc. and upload them to the host company? (I have purchased the domain). Its a small site with about 4 simple pages.

Kilter, the two main Irish hosters are Register365 and Blacknight. If you buy your domain via one ff these guys as well it will make setup a lot easier.

If you click F12 in Dreamweaver it will open your page in your browser, where you can check your links.
