24 cans of budweiser in tesco tomorrow for 21 euro odd... great offer

i will be racing in the door there tomorrow...i love the bank holiday beer offers !!
 
reading this post yesterday and visited one of the Tescos in town. empty space where the offers were so off to the other Tesco and a few millers left. only one case of Bud left at the €19+ price. went to the checkout and while waiting the person behind me arrives with 24 cans of Bud (500mls) and tells me that they are a better deal than the 24 x330 bottles on offer. says they are half price. Thanking him and holding onto my case - just in case- I went to the aisle where the beer is on display and all I could see was bud on sale at 1.78 per can. however looking very very hard there was small writing above the price - 24 cans for €21.36. Half price. if anyone missed the beer on offer maybe there will still be some of this Bud left. There was absolutely loads left in Tesco Long Walk Dundalk yesterday at 6pm. Mostly because it wasn't heavily advertised I would say. Disguised even. The Miller and Bud bottles were heavily advertised and not in the usual spot. They were just as you entered the shop, the cans were in their usual spot. Definitely cheaper than Newry.
