Good carvery food in Dublin?

Was talking to the better half about organising a group of people to have a reasonable Sunday lunch this bank holiday weekend - and a carvery sounded like the best bet. Problem is, I don't know which ones are good in Dublin city centre. Any suggestions? Much appreciated!

O'Neills on Suffolk street do the best carvery in town- loads of choice and huge plates of food

I passed O Neills a few Saturdays ago and it looked closed....anyone know the story?

Slightly away from Dublin City Centre, Half-Way House at Ashtown serves good grub too.

Would highly recommend the Wishing Well in Blackrock - not sure it it opens on Sundays but ut is during the week, it's only from 12.45 to 2.15 so the food actually tastes like food and doesnt have that taste of sitting there all day

fitzers in the national gallery, absolutely yummy, even the veg is tasty and there are salady and veggie options too.
