Hello,
Was wondering does anyone know of: Good blocklayer, Plumber and roofer in or around Killarney.
And any idea of rough cost for building a 2,400 sq ft 2.5 storey house with a relatively small foot print and not over complex design.
Excluding: deadwork's, footpath's, electric's and internal slabbing. would 65/70 a sq foot be realistic??
