Good/bad experiences with Sagem phones?

Was thinking of getting a family member a Sagem MyC2 for their birthday. Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with this or any other Sagem phone? I'm interested in this model because they want a clamshell, but I don't like the look of the Nokia 2650 and the Siemans and Motorola models are quite a bit more expensive and I know plenty of people who have had bad experiences with these manufacturers.

Your opinions appreciated.
 
My first mobile was a Sagem and I had it two or three years... longer than any of the rest of my phones...
