Gone From 3 Day Week to Redundancy

I've just been made redundant today. I was previously claiming JSB as a casual worker, i.e. 3 day week, since July 2009

In order to make my claim at the Dole Office, do I go to make a new claim or do I go to the current claims desk and updaye them on my details?

Just update them - it'll be the same claim, the office will make the necessary adjustments.

Thanks for that. I won't have my P45 until next Thursday but have a letter form my employer. Should I wait for my P45 or go in Monday with the letter?

You don't need P45, present it when you get it.
