Golden Pages: Incorrect listing, how to complain?

Regularly I come across incorrect listings on the golden pages.

The most recent is:

Toymaster Warehouse

Unit 1 Ballymaley Business pk Ballymaley Tralee Co. Kerry.


Ballymaley is not in Co Kerry - I think it is somewhere in Co Clare!


What is the best way to go about complaining to the Golden Pages to rectify the mistake?

I tried ringing the GP but they seem to be geared up to receiving complaints from paying advertisers and not from consumers of TGP's product.
 
Write them a letter?

GP is owned by Truvo Ireland Ltd., and their publicly listed address is - Truvo Ireland Ltd., St Martin's House, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4

I would imagine Toymaster and any other companies with incorrect listings will have notified GP also
 
why don't you contact the individual companies themselves - they are likely to get the issue resolved more easily, as they are the ones paying for inclusion in GP.

It is unlikely they would initiate a full review of all listings based on a small number of incorrect listings, given the cost, so they probably rely on the customers QA'ing their own listings?
