Going to rent apartment what happens to fixed rate?

I am considering renting my apartment over the next month. When i bought it over 2 years ago i locked into a 5 year fixed rate with EBS.
my rate is currently 5%

Is it considered breaking my out of my fixed rate if im changing it from owner occupier to the buy to let.

would there be must cost involved in changing?
