Going from 3 day week to unemployment

Hello,

I've done a search here but can't find an answer to my query.

I have been on a 3day week since January and have been claiming JB for the other 2 days since then.
This week I am being made redundant (finishing up tomorrow). My employer has filled out the required forms for my redundancy payment.
My question is - on Thursday, which is the first day of me being wholly unemployed, I will go to my SW office and inform them of the change. But am I to go to the new claims desk or the hatch number that I was given when I started my claim for 2 day payment?

go to the reception desk and check with them which counter it is you should be going 2! it kinda sounds like a new claims query!
 
Well, this is where I am confused - is it a new claim? Anyway, I just got through to citizens information who have told me to go to the hatch number I was given previously so I'll just do this.
