Going back onto BTWEA from JSA?

I was on BTWEA for 1 year. 3 weeks ago, I entered my 2nd year of it and so my payments dropped. I panicked as I couldn't afford to pay rent bills etc on reduced amount and I had run out of funding for business - even though it was going well - it couldn't continue without cash flow for stock. I came off the BTW and went back onto JSA.

I am now back looking for full time work with a view to keeping my business going in the background (while I'm working) if possible. However I have been approached by someone who has said they love my business and are happy to invest.

My question is: Can I go back onto the BTWEA at this point? The only info I can find is this from the welfare site:

If you have previously participated in the BTWEA scheme and exhausted your entitlement, you can participate a second time after a period of at least 5 years has elapsed.

Now I haven't exhausted my entitlement - I'd be going back on it on the reduced rate in year 2. Has anyone ever heard of this happening?

Thank you!

OOPs never mind - no sooner had I posted about this I found the paragraph I was looking for! In case it is of use to anyone else, here it is:

2.8 Resumptions
Persons are generally allowed to resume the BTWEA once. In exceptional cases and with due explanation, an applicant may be allowed resume the BTWEA for a second time provided there is less than five years since the claim was withdrawn. (Participation in seasonal type activities should NOT be allowed - see below).

In this way, persons simply resume where they left off. Once entitlement to the allowance has been previously established it is not necessary to receive a qualifying payment for a specified period. However, it is necessary to be in receipt of a Social Welfare payment immediately prior to commencing employment. The rate of payment is based on first qualifying Social Welfare claim.
