Glitch in BOI direct debit -anyone else.

I have a monthly direct debit from my BOI current account into a BOI savings account. Generally it goes out on the first of the month or the following Monday if the first is on a weekend.

I noticed yesterday morning that it hadn't gone out this month and rang the bank. They checked it up and said that the money had been lodged to my savings account, but hadn't been taken from my current account. Some sort of glitch which she said meant I essentially had free money in my savings account until they sorted it out.

Wondering if anyone else has been affected by this glitch?

Same with me. I was expecting a direct debit to go to be saving account on Monday as it's meant to go on the 1st( Saturday) and noticed it didn't go. I checked online this morning and the money has been transferred to my savings but hasn't come out of my current account. Did they say when it should be fixed?

Same with me. They said it would be fixed by late yesterday but haven't checked yet.
