Not too familar with the apartments themselves but location wise they're not in the best of spots - they're beside some of the not-so-nice estates.
They're right beside the dart station though, and seem to offer better value than other areas in Shankill from what I've seen on the market over the past year or so. Probably the best thing to do is drive out there yourself and scope out the area!
