Glass Mosaic Photo Frame

I managed to break my housemates photo frame and have googled similar replacement but cannot find it. Overall it is 20 x 15cm to take a photo of 15cm x 10cm. The surround is glass mosaics which are 2.5cm square. They are black and mirrored. The back is in black velvet on cardboard. The glass in the frame broke but as the mosaics are stuck onto it the glass cannot be replaced. If anyone has any idea of where to get one it would be great.

M&S do a glass mosaic picture frame, not black glass, but a mirrored glass, think it was 16euro..
