Glasnevin Court or St. Mochta's

Hi all, am considering a house in either Glasnevin Court (off the Ballyboggan Road - near where Royal Oak used to be) or St. Mochta's, near Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. The house in St. Mochta's is newer and nicer. Amn't overly familiar with either area. Has anyone any local knowledge?

Do a search for St Mochta's on this site. It has definitely come up before. I am familiar with Stationcourt behind St Mochta's and the location is great. Handy for train and bus routes and the shopping centre. Traffic can be a problem though in the area. Difficult to get primary school places but good secondary schools in the area according to Sunday Times recently. Doesn't seem to be much trouble in the area. I know a good few houses in St Mochta's were rented out, but current prices might be encouraging owner occupiers back.
