Gites De France.

I recently contacted this company through their website about a property in the south of France to rent.
They posted me a contract plus details of the rental property plus brochure except everything was written in French.
I am reluctant to sign on the dotted line as I do not know what I am agreeing to?
Does anyone know if this company produces any of its literature in English for it's English customers?
