Thinking of buying in this estate, is it a good area or nice estate to live. I notice oldcourt is quite close and can be dodgy, anyone live here that would have some insider information?
 
I lived in nearby Giltspur Brook until 2004 and really loved it. We eventually moved to a 4 bed in another area as the attics in Giltspur Brook aren't suitable for extending and we wanted to increase our family.
We never had any trouble:)
