GHD needs to be returned, worried?

Hi all,

Need to return my GHD to Peter Marks as its faulty, buzzing sound from the wire, and only have it 3 months. Have receipt and box etc.

Worried I won't get any joy at the shop and I'll be told to bring back to the manufacturers! Surely they should just refund me or exchange it for a working one?

Your contract is with the shop. Any dealings with the manufacturer are their problem.

You shouldnt have any problems,I had to return mine and it was a pleasure to deal with them..
Dont worry ,you have a faulty item., they gave me a new one.
