Getting quotes from builders for extension - what to ask them

I will shortly be putting an extension onto my house. I have detailed plans drawn up by my architect and am currently contacting builders to ask for quotations for the work.

What questions should I be asking them to ensure that I can compare the quotes like for like (e.g. to include a certain number of electrical sockets, radiators, types of doors?, etc.)
