Following a car accident, in which the other party agreed to pay for the damage without agreeing negligence, I have still not been paid. €600 is owed; is is worth pursuing using any relatively low cost legal methods?
You have to be careful here. Was the accident reported to the guards?
Was the agreement in writing? As for sueing someone in personal injury claims, you need to do this within a two year period of the accident otherwise it is statue barred under the Statue of Limitations.
