Getting money from an unverified Revolut account

Hi, My daughter set up a Revlout account. I sent her €20. She then tried to verify the account and couldnt as shes under 18. She cant send me the money back from an unverified account. Revolut are not replying to my question. Anyone any ideas ?

Can you try to get the kids Revolut app and verify via that? https://www.revolut.com/get-junior-card. Perhaps that might work.
Otherwise contact support again, I've always found them very responsive.

Can someone please verify if I can use Revolut to pay for class 2 National insurance to U.K. revenue
I have sort codes etc but want to know is it classified as U.K. payment or abroad payment from Ireland as the are different codes for either option

Iban starts with GB so I guess it's UK?
