Getting Married...Spouse TRS Question

Hi all,
Im the sole owner of my home (with a substantial mortgage). I am in year six of my mortgage.
I am also getting married in January 2013.
Can anyone advise if we (she) is entitled to claim TRS on my mortgage even though it is in my name only, but we will be married?

before 2013 the answer would be yes and the trs should go off the mortgage payment each month,
but with the new rules coming in with trs, i am not sure.

best thing to do is call 1890 46 36 26 with your pps number and ask the same question, they are very good and should give you an answer straight away.
