Just found a clatter of medical receipts from 06-07 that I should have sent to Vivas 
. Didn't send them in within 3 months of renewal, like it says in the T&Cs. Actually didn't renew with them - switched to another provider.
BUPA (as was) were pretty flexible about this (as you can see, I'm incorrigible. Anyone any experience of Vivas in this regard?
Sending them in soon with covering letter and hoping for the best unless posters have a better approach.....
