Getting late refunds from Vivas

Just found a clatter of medical receipts from 06-07 that I should have sent to Vivas . Didn't send them in within 3 months of renewal, like it says in the T&Cs. Actually didn't renew with them - switched to another provider.

BUPA (as was) were pretty flexible about this (as you can see, I'm incorrigible . Anyone any experience of Vivas in this regard?

Sending them in soon with covering letter and hoping for the best unless posters have a better approach.....
