Getting Irish Mortgage

I am Irish and living in Australia. I just sold my Irish home and made 420k on it. I am about to buy a house over here and I am wondering if it is possible to get a mortgage back in Ireland as interest rates are lower than over. I need another 200k in order to buy in Sydney, what are my options in getting the loan back in Ireland.
Any suggestions would be great - Thanks

Short answer-no I don't think so.

And even of you could, the difference in interest rates would almost certainly be offset by the foreign exchange implications of having a euro mortgage being financed in AUD.
