Getting a PO before the company is formed

Hi,

I have a potential situation that I'm trying to evaluate. Essentially:

• Being made redundant in a few months
• I intend to open a Ltd company
• American parent company are offering me some work to sell them a software product next year.
• Company are a bit unstable internally in terms of changing management and I would like to get the PO into their system and approved ASAP.
• For other customers I need to spend several months developing an idea before approaching some clients
• I would like to apply for the STEA (Short-Term Enterprise Allowance), which would give me my JSB for the 9 months while I startup my business.
• The rules are I need to be on JSB, apply for STEA and then open my company

Could I get a PO from the American company now without starting my company yet? What Vendor details would they need from me? I am fine to forgoe the deposit until I actually have the company formed.
