I am hoping to take advantage of deflated prices and low interest rates and invest in a first home, however I have existing personal debt of c€15k. When I add my rent and my current loan repayments I am considerably in excess of what it would cost me monthly to fund a €200k mortgage, I could fix these repayments for five years. I am a Chartered accountant earning €45k gross per annum. Does anybody know how I could finance a mortgage with no deposit?
