Getting a copy of tv programme.

Hello there,I wonder if it is possible to get a copy of a programme shown on RTE recently? Thanks

I tried to get a copy of a programme from RTE a while ago (I did it a few times before - they used to charge about 25 quid for a copy video) and the girl at reception told me they have closed down the archives and no longer sell copies of programmes. Try ringing them again though - RTE main reception number then ask for archives - this was about 6 months ago.

Have you browsed their website? Quite a few of their programmes can be viewed online / downloaded from there.

If the programme was made by an outside production company - eg Mint Productions, Shinawil, etc - you could get a copy without going through RTE.
