Gesture for surgeon and anaesthetist

I'm a desperately nervous patient and have just been through an op with a wonderful anaesthetist and surgeon. Once I'm back to health I would like to send them each a token of gratitude. What would be a suitable present? Both are men. Budget c. E50 each.
