German Bonds

Hi does any one know any thing about german bond, I was speaking with some guy the other day and he was saying somthing like 8-9% Gross per year on investments

8-9% per year returns on German bonds? I think you should find another financial guru.

There is a negative return (costs you money) to hold German one year bonds. 30 year German bonds will give you a yield of about 2%.
