General investment fund questions

Hi,
I have foolishly left my savings in cash for the last few years and am now paying a high price with inflation. I have about 150k that I now accept I have to take some risks with if I am to get some some relief from inflation.

Have been looking at a few different funds, what is a reasonable/fair annual charge for fund management? and should I expect to have to pay a fee to initially buy and then sell?

This fund seems like it might be a good fit for me if I was to split my cash between the three risk levels
Cantor-Fitz multi asset range. I have not seen anything about costs yet, will have to give them a call. Thoughts on the fund appreciated too.

Thanks

The answers to these questions depend on whether you are comfortable doing it yourself (i.e. setting up a brokerage account, like Degiro, researching your own funds and buying/selling them yourself). Or whether you want someone (Irishlife/Cantor/Zurich) to do this for you.
