Article makes it sound like a great investment. However, when I goooooogled the contact number, it belongs to a PR company, so in effect it's probably a biased advert.

yes iv had problem's with gaughranhomes not only is the rent a lot less than they gaurantee but the 2 apartments i bought lay empty for the 1st 5,& 3months now 3 years later iv been told tat i still wouldnt get what i paid for 1 of them & that the original valuation was not correct could some 1 please advise me wer i stand
no i havent got sorted you wouldnt believe the money they have cost me they will tell you anything to sell you a property my advice to you is get a independant valuation on te property and you would need to spend a few days in te area you are buying and speak to local estate agents and letting agents before you buy any property unfortunatly for me i didnt do this
