Gas heating not working - new build....

Gas heating isnt working in my apartment, it has been used once. Bord Gais said there is nothing blocked on their end so must be a fault. The pilot light wont come on.

Can I hassle the builder about this or will I have any comeback at all? Got the keys end of June only recently moved in.

Your boiler will have a warranty with your plumber, contact him asap to sort this out.

We had a similar problem with our heating at this time of year last year.

It turned out that we had turned down the room thermostats too low so the boiler wouldn't turn on.

Thought it might be worth a mention before you call someone in.........

We looked at the pressure, thermo and a few other things. Even rang to see were we cut off or soemthing. Not joy. Thanks, will let ye know how I get on.
