I am thinking of installing this gas fire as would like a clean now maintenance option:

However, I am being put off as some other threads have mentioned that it is an expensive option. However, the gas fire above has a efficiency rating of 60% which i believe is higher than other model from the recent past, which were 30-40%.
Has anyone had experience with this gas fire, or other has fire with similar efficiency rating?
