Gas cylinder refund - one shop says, another says no...

I have a spare 34kg gas cylinder (for gas fire) and phoned the company that installed fire and supplied cylinder...
Me: "can I get a refund on the deposit for the cylinder"
Them: "no, its a non-refundable deposit"
Me; "what does that mean non-refundable deposit, a deposit is just that a deposit...blah blah blah.."
Them; "sorry deposit is kept by Calor..blah blah.."

I give up. But then remember NCA advise to shop around.

So I call another gas supplier, yes refund no problem worth €30. (must send a card to NCA)

Can I name the shops ??? please ??

Hopefully you can name the "Yes" shop... I have a spare cylinder too...
