It was either here or misc non financial q's for this one - so hope it's in the right one.

Have been putting together a spread sheet of all household bills for the last 2 years (2009 and 2010).

I noticed in gas bill for June 2009 it was estimated and bill was 66.74.
The next bill in Aug 2009 had an accurate reading but this accurate reading was lower than the estimated reading on the previous bill of June 2009.
They show a credit of 66.74 and another of 13.74.
IN the next bill the reading is accurate and the 13,74 is credited to the balance.
The 66.74 seemed to be lost in the system and I have checked my account which the direct debit comes from and it was never credited back.
I am going to both ring and right to Bord Gais but does anyone think it might be too late to bring it up with them in order to have the 66.74 credited to my account.

Thanks moral ethos, I have no hesitation in chasing them up. I was just wondering if there was going to be something like a statute barred scenario as in it's too late to do so.
