Garmin Nuvi 200 sat nav- Halifax free offer

"The Gift will be available to all successful applicants for loans of at least €15,000 that have been drawn down and held for 15 days".

I read the link, hadn't seen it before, very interseting. Regardless of the quality of the satnav model (if its free, who cares?!) does the above term mean that you can draw down a loan of €15,000 for 15 days, get the satnav, pay off the loan and suffer no penalty? May be a good deal so!
 
Hi Banking2006, where does it say that? I read the T&Cs and all I could see is

"10. Ending this agreement

10.1 You may end this agreement earlier than the expiry date by giving us notice to that effect in writing. "

You may well be correct, I just couldn't see where it says that. If that penalty didn't apply, I'd go for it....in fact it may still be worth going for for the sake of a 90 day loan, repaid early! Are you going for it?

Halifax emailed back and documentation from them says re. 90 day interest penalty. Free sat nav is 129 euro at halfords

So interest penalty more than repays them!
