Garden shed

Trying to decide what shed for garden, wooden shed 16ft *8 ft cost 950 euro , or build a block shed instead, we need shed to put wife's treadmill/ freezer, also what height can I go with a block shed , the shed would be against my back wall, to the gabel side of a neighbour's house were they have window for toilet, back wall is 6 4inch block's high, any advice thanks

There are some of the rules re building garden shed in [broken link removed].

I have heard of people having problems with their local Council because they used a boundary wall so one to watch out for.

Can somebody be kind enough to remind our modern day builders what a boundary wall actually is!!

Don't think my ranch fence would be much good for building a shed!
