Garden Services recommendation?

Can anyone provide a recommendation for someone who would 1) Remove the stumps of a couple of largish trees 2) Dig up roots of some old previously removed trees 3) Remove existing grass & lay new turf 4) Put up new fencing?

I have a couple of recommendations for the individual jobs but would like to get it all done together if possible.
