Garden Screening: Willow or Bamboo?

Willow and bamboo garden screening - is one more durable over the other? I like the darker colour of the willow but I think I heard once that bamboo is more durable. Any advice and/or experiences much appreciated. If anybody knows of good suppliers in the gtr Dublin Area, I'd appreciate those too! Cheers.
 
Gardenworks in Malahide have a good selection. I'm not sure about the difference betweeb willow and bamboo or which is stronger.
 
We went with willow just because I preferred the look of it. Got it in woodies or atlantic.
