Garden Rooms. Anyone?

Does anyone have one of these? We were thinking of getting the Kristi 15 or 20 with an ensuite and having it a as an extra guest bedroom. Hubby's parent's don't live in this country and would come over for 2-3 week stints and we think something like this would be good for everyones sanity and it could also be used as an office/playroom in between.

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about them, are they any good for using as outlined above? What is the service like etc. and what about planning?
